ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ – A 30-year-old Brooklyn-based Israeli man, Shuki Roth, tragically lost his life after suffering a self-inflicted gunshot wound while driving along the Palisades Interstate Parkway on Monday evening, March 17.

According to authorities, the crash occurred at approximately 5:45 p.m. on the northbound lanes of the Palisades Parkway, as Roth was traveling from the George Washington Bridge toward Monsey, near Exit 1. The incident led to an immediate response from emergency personnel, including Hatzolah and other first responders.
Upon arrival, paramedics provided emergency medical care before transporting Roth to Hackensack Medical Center. Despite their efforts, he was later pronounced Niftar at the hospital.
