The Northampton County Coroner’s Office has released additional details regarding the tragic car accident that occurred on Route 33 North in Bushkill Township on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
The victim has been identified as Ventsislav (Vince) Bilyarov, a 62-year-old resident of Wind Gap, PA. Vince was the driver in the single-vehicle accident, which took place near Mile Marker 11.4, close to the Belfast Exit.
According to the coroner’s office, the cause of death was multiple blunt force injuries, and the manner of death has been ruled an accident. Pennsylvania State Police Belfast reported that the vehicle lost control, veered off the east side of the roadway, and struck a tree. A passenger in the vehicle was transported to St. Luke’s Anderson Hospital with suspected minor injuries.
Vince was a beloved husband, father, and friend who touched the lives of many with his warmth, kindness, and unwavering generosity. Known for his hard work, gentle spirit, and ability to bring joy to those around him, he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
His love for his family was immeasurable, and he took great pride in every moment spent with them.
