Jack Axx Identified as Victim in Fatal Ontario Motorcycle Crash

The community of Webster, New York, is grieving the tragic loss of 19-year-old Jack Axx, who was killed in a motorcycle accident Friday night in the town of Ontario. According to New York State Police, Jack was riding a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle westbound on Lake Road around 9:45 p.m. when a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado, traveling eastbound, attempted to turn left into a private driveway. The motorcycle collided with the passenger side of the truck, resulting in a violent impact. Despite immediate emergency response, Jack was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Silverado, identified as 62-year-old William Ritchie of Ontario, and his passenger, 63-year-old Steven Crane, were not injured in the crash. Authorities say both remained at the scene and fully cooperated with investigators. At this time, police have not announced whether any charges will be filed, as the collision remains under active investigation.
