Monica Leigh Perani, a 27-year-old resident of Corning, Ohio, tragically lost life in a head-on collision on State Route 682 in Athens County on Sunday morning, September 14, 2025.
The crash occurred at approximately 9:18 a.m. near Wildwood Lane in Athens Township when a pickup truck crossed the centerline and struck Monica’s vehicle.
