Emergency crews and critical care paramedics responded swiftly, rushing Finley to Nambour Hospital in critical condition. Tragically, despite their best efforts, she could not be saved.

Her grieving mother, Donna Markert, described Finley as “a beautiful, kind, and caring young woman” whose life was taken far too soon. Through tears, she shared, “No one can believe this happened. Finley was only 21 and had her life taken away in a minute.”
