Authorities have confirmed the identity of the woman killed in a fatal freeway crash early Saturday morning in Sherman Oaks as 33-year-old Brittany Anthony of Rancho Cucamonga. The collision took place on the northbound 405 Freeway near Burbank Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner and California Highway Patrol.
