Byfleet, Surrey – Armed police were deployed to Byfleet on Saturday evening following a stabbing that left a teenage boy seriously injured. Officers were called to Fullerton Road shortly after 7:30 p.m., with reports indicating that the victim had been attacked. A police dog unit and a drone team were also dispatched as part of the urgent response.

The victim, believed to be in his late teens, was taken to a nearby hospital, where he remains in serious condition.
Three Arrested in Connection with Incident
Surrey Police confirmed that three men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. Two—one in his 20s and another in his late teens—have since been released on bail, while a second man in his 20s remains in custody as investigations continue.
Authorities carried out extensive searches in the area on Saturday night, which contributed to the significant police presence observed by local residents.

A Surrey Police spokesperson addressed concerns about the heavy law enforcement activity:
“We appreciate that the significant police presence in the area may have caused concern for residents. This was necessary to allow officers to conduct a swift investigation, and there is not believed to be any wider risk to the community.”
