Beginning her career as a medical-surgical nurse, she quickly rose through the ranks, blending clinical expertise with strategic leadership to advance the nursing profession on a national scale.
Among her many accomplishments, Mosier established the HCA Healthcare Nursing Advocacy Agenda to amplify the voice of nurses and improve workplace conditions. She also launched the Unit of Distinction Awards, celebrating nursing teams for outstanding performance, and introduced the HCA Inspire mobile app, a pioneering platform providing resources, communication tools, and professional development opportunities for nurses.
