WOODBRIDGE, N.J. — A 22-year-old man from Elizabeth was killed Wednesday afternoon following a multi-vehicle crash on the Garden State Parkway near a Woodbridge entrance ramp, according to New Jersey State Police.

Authorities identified the victim as Li Wei Lin, who was driving a Honda onto the parkway from the Exit 132 entrance ramp at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Police said the vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail.
After impacting the guardrail, the Honda continued along the ramp and entered the northbound lanes of the parkway, where it came to rest perpendicular to oncoming traffic, state police said.
A 57-year-old woman from Barnegat, driving a Lexus SUV northbound on the parkway, then struck the Honda. The Honda subsequently collided with a concrete barrier. Moments later, a Ram pickup truck driven by a 74-year-old man from Beach Haven, also traveling northbound, struck the rear of the Lexus.
State police said Li Wei Lin sustained fatal injuries as a result of the crash. The driver of the Lexus was not injured, while the Beach Haven man suffered minor injuries.
The incident remains under investigation by the New Jersey State Police.
