RAMSEY, MN – Authorities are investigating the death of an 18-year-old man found with an apparent gunshot wound inside a vehicle in Ramsey on Saturday morning.
According to the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office, officers from the Ramsey Police Department responded to a call at approximately 8:33 a.m. on March 2 regarding a person slumped over inside a vehicle on Snowy Owl Street Northwest. Upon arrival, officers discovered the individual deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim has been identified as Diamond Manly, 18, of Brooklyn Park.
Homicide Investigation Ongoing
Authorities are treating Manly’s death as a homicide, though no suspects have been arrested at this time. The investigation remains active, with law enforcement working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
