DALLAS, TX – A tragic multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 20 early Saturday morning claimed the life of one woman and sent at least one other person to the hospital, according to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO).
Accident Details
The collision occurred just before 3 a.m. on eastbound I-20 at Mountain Creek Parkway. Authorities confirmed that three to four vehicles were involved in the crash, with one of them overturning upon impact.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they discovered one occupant had tragically lost their life in the accident. Emergency responders rushed at least one other injured individual to the hospital, where they were reported to be in stable condition.
Victim Identified
The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office later identified the deceased victim as Cynthia Hernandez.
