Born to the late Joseph Tony and Audrey Downey, Tony grew up in a close-knit family alongside his siblings. Known for his generosity and ability to forge meaningful connections, Tony was a pillar of his community. He fulfilled his dream of creating a space for people to gather and connect by founding Downey’s House, a bar and restaurant that quickly became a community favorite.

Downey’s House wasn’t just a business—it was a reflection of Tony’s vibrant personality. Guests fondly remember the welcoming environment he created and the joy he brought to every interaction. Whether sharing a laugh or offering support, Tony exemplified the values of hospitality and friendship.
