Brandon Anfinson Obituary – Cause of Death Kansas City: Missing 39-year-old father last seen in the Argentine neighborhood found dead

KANSAS CITY, Kan. — The search for missing 39-year-old Brandon Anfinson has come to a tragic end. Kansas City, Kansas police confirmed that Anfinson, who had been missing since March 21, has been found deceased.

Anfinson was last seen in the early morning hours between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. near his home in the Argentine neighborhood, close to South 35th Street and Powell Avenue. His disappearance prompted widespread concern from both family members and law enforcement, as he left behind vital personal items, including necessary prescription medications.

Authorities described Anfinson as standing 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes, and several distinctive tattoos. Among them were images of a baby girl with the words “God’s Gift” and a depiction of a baby boy with a clock, also accompanied by the phrase “God’s Gift.”

Family members had reported that he may have been wearing a long-sleeved black thermal shirt featuring an “A1” logo at the time he went missing.

Throughout the nearly two-week search, Kansas City, Kansas Police Department detectives urged the public to come forward with any information that could assist in locating Anfinson. Sadly, despite those efforts, he was found dead earlier this week.

Authorities have not released additional details regarding the circumstances of Anfinson’s death, and the investigation remains ongoing.
