The Viera community and Viera High School are mourning the heartbreaking loss of Brian Moss, a beloved student-athlete who passed away following a car accident. Brian’s sudden death has left his family, friends, teammates, coaches, and classmates devastated as they grieve a life taken far too soon.

Brian Moss was born on July 31, 2009, and passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, according to Viera Varsity Football. A freshman in the Class of 2025, Brian proudly represented Viera High School as a member of the varsity football program, wearing jersey number 34. He played defensive positions as a safety (S) and cornerback (CB) and stood 5’10” tall, weighing 170 pounds.
On the field, Brian was known for his determination, discipline, and team-first attitude. His hard work and commitment earned him recognition.
Throughout his life, Brian was known for his strong sense of responsibility and his generous spirit. He believed in showing up for others and lived by values of respect, compassion, and integrity. Whether at work, among friends, or within his family, he approached life with sincerity and purpose.
