Brooklyn, NY – Early Tuesday morning in Bushwick, a fatal double shooting left two people dead, according to the New York Police Department (NYPD). Around 7:30 a.m. on February 13, 2025, authorities responded to reports of gunfire near 1345 Jefferson Avenue. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered two victims suffering from gunshot wounds to the head.
The deceased have been identified as Celina Ramos, 32, and Gabriel Sanchez, 41. Emergency Medical Services transported both individuals to nearby hospitals, where they were later pronounced dead. A firearm was recovered at the scene; however, no suspects have been named, and no arrests have been made so far. The motive behind the shooting remains under investigation.
