Dr. Jason LeMoine, a respected oral surgeon and beloved member of the Green Bay, Wisconsin, community, has passed away, leaving a significant void in the hearts of his family, friends, colleagues, and patients.
Renowned for his professionalism, kindness, and unwavering dedication to dentistry, Dr. LeMoine’s life exemplified compassion, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence.
A Green Bay native, Dr. LeMoine demonstrated a passion for healthcare and a drive for excellence from a young age. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1997 from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Motivated by a desire to specialize in oral surgery, he pursued further training through an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin (1997–1998), followed by a rigorous residency program at the same institution from 1998 to 2002.
During his residency, Dr. LeMoine honed his skills across esteemed institutions, including Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital, the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, and the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Dr. LeMoine’s dedication to his field was evident in his numerous achievements and affiliations. A board-certified diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Society of Dental Anesthesiologists, he was widely regarded as a leader in his profession. His outstanding contributions earned him the distinction of Fellow of the International College of Dentists, a prestigious honor reflecting his impact on the field.
In addition to his certifications, Dr. LeMoine actively participated in professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Wisconsin Dental Association. He further demonstrated his commitment to advancing oral surgery by serving as president of the Wisconsin Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from 2015 to 2016.
Dr. LeMoine’s passing leaves a profound loss in the dental community and beyond, but his legacy of compassion, leadership, and excellence will continue to inspire those who knew him.
