BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — June 9, 2025 — The Birmingham community is reeling after the sudden and heartbreaking loss of Jennifer Kendrick Forsythe, who died following a tragic motorcycle accident on Thursday night, June 5. She was a beloved wife, mother, friend, and healthcare worker whose life touched many.
Forsythe, known for her kindness, radiant spirit, and deep compassion, leaves behind her husband Jeremy and their two sons. She was a cherished member of the HWWC (Health and Wellness Women’s Center) family, where colleagues say her absence is deeply felt.
“Our hearts shattered hearing the news,” one coworker shared. “Walking into work without seeing Jennifer there just didn’t feel right. But knowing her spirit lives on gives us some peace.”
Loved ones describe Jennifer as more than just a colleague. She was a friend, a trusted confidante, and a source of light during life’s most important moments. One coworker recalled her constant support during pregnancy checkups, saying Jennifer was “always there to help me, to listen to Westyn’s heartbeat, and became a friend I dearly loved.”
Forsythe’s sudden passing has sent waves of grief through her workplace and community, with many reflecting on how she made every encounter brighter. She was deeply devoted to her family, often proudly sharing stories about her two boys and her husband, whom she adored.
“Heaven gained the sweetest angel,” one tribute read. “Please hold your loved ones close, and never miss a chance to tell them you love them. Jennifer did that every day—with joy and with grace.”
As friends, coworkers, and loved ones grieve, they are asking the public to keep the Forsythe family in their prayers.
Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced. The HWWC community and those who knew Jennifer say they will honor her memory by continuing to serve others with the same warmth and compassion that she exemplified every day.
